Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are based on standard shipping methods.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Furry Motion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or contact your local postal service.
If you still cannot locate your package, reach out to us at info@furrymotion.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
